Terms of sale:

Due to the custom ordered nature of floor coverings, a signature and 50% deposit is required on all orders, and final payment is due upon project completion.

For all supply only orders a signature and payment in full is required prior to any products being ordered or cut from stock.

Return Policy: ONLY full unopened cartons of materials can be returned with the option of full refund in the form of store credit or a 30% restocking fee.

Trade accounts:

Revolving accounts are available to builders, contractors, institutions and trades upon proper application, references and approvals. Our terms are strictly thirty (30) days upon completion.

Six months same as cash:

Is offered to consumers on an on-going, everyday basis, OAC (on approved credit).

Promotional programs:
